ALL dancers must pre-register for the Nutcracker Performance PRIOR to their audition. (The audition is for placement purposes only.  All dancer’s will receive a part in the show!)

I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions for the Nutcracker - including the MANDATORY attendance policy for all rehearsals and performances.

I understand that a ‘Request for Absence Form’ is required for ONE absence -or- ONE early dismissal and must be submitted before September 8th.  Requests made after September 8th will not be approved.

I understand the performance fee is non-refundable.  My child will be given at least 1 part in the Nutcracker performance, providing they are well behaved during rehearsals and are present in all rehearsals listed. 

 



Step 2:  Please complete one Registration Form per child and submit with payment.

NWSOD Nutcracker, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible. For students who are in need of financial support to participate in the Nutcracker, a donation based fund has been established.

We hope you will contribute to this fund, and help dancers who want to be in the Nutcracker, but need a little financial help to get there. Sometimes, it takes a village. We are very fortunate that we have a strong and generous village. All donations are tax deductible.
